3باب الدُّعَاءِ إِلَى الشَّهَادَتَيْنِ وَشَرَائِعِ الإِسْلاَمِ
8.0The command to fight the people until they say "La ilaha illallah Muhammad Rasul-Allah", and establish Salat, and pay the Zakat, and believe in everything that the prophet (ﷺ) brought. Whoever does that, his life and his wealth are protected except by its right, and his secrets are entrusted to Allah, the most high. Fighting those who withhold Zakat or other than that is one of the duties of Islam and the Imam should be concerned with the Laws of Islam
7باب الأَمْرِ بِقِتَالِ النَّاسِ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة ويؤمنوا بجميع ما جاء به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأن من فعل ذلك عصم نفسه وماله إلا بحقها ووكلت سريرته إلى الله تعالى وقتال من منع الزكاة أو غيرها من حقوق الإسلام واهتمام الإمام بشعائر الإسلام
9.0Evidence that the islam of one who becomes muslim on his deathbed is valid, so long as the death thoes have not begun; Abrogation of permission to supplicate for forgiveness for the idolators; Evidence that one who dies an idolator is one of the people of hell and no intervention can save him from that

11.0Evidence that the one who is content with Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion and Muhammad (ﷺ) as his prophet, then he is a believer, even if he commits major sins

7باب بَيَانِ غِلَظِ تَحْرِيمِ إِسْبَالِ الإِزَارِ وَالْمَنِّ بِالْعَطِيَّةِ وَتَنْفِيقِ السِّلْعَةِ بِالْحَلِفِ وَبَيَانِ الثَّلاَثَةِ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
47.0Clarifying the emphatic prohibition against killing oneself; The one who kills himself with something will be punished with it in the fire; And that no one will enter Paradise but a muslim
10باب غِلَظِ تَحْرِيمِ قَتْلِ الإِنْسَانِ نَفْسَهُ وَإِنَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ فِي النَّارِ وَأَنَّهُ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلاَّ نَفْسٌ مُسْلِمَةٌ
48.0Emphatic prohibition against stealing from the spoils of war; and that no one will enter paradise except the believers
2باب غِلَظِ تَحْرِيمِ الْغُلُولِ وَأَنَّهُ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ إِلاَّ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ

2باب بَيَانِ أَنَّهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى لَمْ يُكَلِّفْ إِلَّا مَا يُطَاقُ
58.0Allah allows a person's thoughts and whatever occurs in his heart so long as they do not become established
3باب تَجَاوُزِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حَدِيثِ النَّفْسِ، وَالْخَوَاطِرِ، بِالْقَلْبِ إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَقِرَّ
59.0If a person thinks of doing a good deed it will be recorded for him, and if he thinks of doing a bad deed it will not be recorded for him
6باب إِذَا هَمَّ الْعَبْدُ بِحَسَنَةٍ كُتِبَتْ وَإِذَا هَمَّ بِسَيِّئَةٍ لَمْ تُكْتَبْ
60.0Clarifying the Waswasah (Whispers, Bad Thoughts) with regard to faith, and what the one who experiences that should say

3باب الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ قَصَدَ أَخْذَ مَالِ غَيْرِهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ كَانَ الْقَاصِدُ مُهْدَرَ الدَّمِ فِي حَقِّهِ وَإِنْ قُتِلَ كَانَ فِي النَّارِ وَأَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ
63.0One in charge of a matter, who cheats his subjects, deserves the fire
4باب اسْتِحْقَاقِ الْوَالِي الْغَاشِّ لِرَعِيَّتِهِ النَّارَ

71.0The descent of 'Eisa bin Mariam to judge according to the Shari'ah of our Prophet (ﷺ) Muhammad (ﷺ); And how Allah has honored this Ummah; And clarifying the evidence that this religion will not be abrogated; and that a group from it will continue to adhere to the truth and prevail until the day of resurrection

2باب فِي قَوْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ " نُورٌ أَنَّى أَرَاهُ " . وَفِي قَوْلِهِ " رَأَيْتُ نُورًا
79.0The saying of the Prophet (ﷺ): "Allah does not sleep" and "His veil is light, and if he were to remove it, the splendour of his face would burn all of his creation, as far as hs sght reaches".
3باب فِي قَوْلِهِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَنَامُ». وَفِي قَوْلِهِ: «حِجَابُهُ النُّورُ لَوْ كَشَفَهُ لأَحْرَقَ سُبُحَاتُ وَجْهِهِ مَا انْتَهَى إِلَيْهِ بَصَرُهُ مِنْ خَلْقِهِ»

85.0Regarding the saying of the Prophet (ﷺ): "I will be the first of the people to intercede concerning Paradise, and I will be the Prophet (ﷺ) with the Greatest Number of Followers."
4باب فِي قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَنَا أَوَّلُ النَّاسِ يَشْفَعُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَأَنَا أَكْثَرُ الأَنْبِيَاءِ تَبَعًا»
86.0The Prophet (ﷺ) will defer his supplication in order to intercede for his ummah
12باب اخْتِبَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دَعْوَةَ الشَّفَاعَةِ لأُمَّتِهِ
87.0The supplication of the Prophet (ﷺ) for his ummah and his weeping out of compassion for them
1باب دُعَاءِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم لأُمَّتِهِ وَبُكَائِهِ شَفَقَةً عَلَيْهِمْ
88.0Clarifying that whoever died upon disbelief then he is in the Fire, and no intercession or relationship with those who are close to Allah will be of any avail for him
1باب بَيَانِ أَنَّ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ وَلاَ تَنَالُهُ شَفَاعَةٌ وَلاَ تَنْفَعُهُ قَرَابَةُ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
89.0Regarding the saying of Allah, the most High: "And warn your tribe of near kindred."
9باب فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى: {وَأَنْذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ الأَقْرَبِينَ}

1باب الدَّلِيلِ علَى أَنَّ مَنْ مَاتَ عَلَى الْكُفْرِ لاَ يَنْفَعُهُ عَمَلٌ
93.0Allegiance to the believers, and forsaking others and disavowing them
1باب مُوَالاَةِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَمُقَاطَعَةِ غَيْرِهِمْ وَالْبَرَاءَةِ مِنْهُمْ
94.0The Evidence that groups of Muslims will enter Paradise without being called to account, and without being punished
9باب الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى دُخُولِ طَوَائِفَ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ الْجَنَّةَ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ وَلاَ عَذَابٍ
95.0Clarifying that this ummah will form half of the People of Paradise
3باب كَوْنِ هَذِهِ الأُمَّةِ نِصْفَ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ
96.0Allah will say to Adam: "Bring out the Portion of the Fire; Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine Out of Every Thousand."
2باب قَوْلِهِ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ لِآدَمَ أَخْرِجْ بَعْثَ النَّارِ مِنْ كُلِّ أَلْفٍ تِسْعَ مِائَةٍ وَتِسْعَةً وَتِسْعِينَ
