الحارث بن مسكين بن محمد بن يوسف الأموي مولاهم، أبو عمرو المصري الفقيه، رأى الليث وسأله. وروى عن: ابن القاسم، وابن وهب، وابن عيينة، وأشهب، ويوسف بن عمرو الفارسي، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو داود، والنسائي، وابنه أحمد بن الحارث، وعبد الله بن أحمد، ويعقوب بن شيبة، وأبو يعلى، وابن أبي داود، ومحمد بن زبان، وعدة. ق…▸ expand full passage (1,381 chars)الحارث بن مسكين بن محمد بن يوسف الأموي مولاهم، أبو عمرو المصري الفقيه، رأى الليث وسأله. وروى عن: ابن القاسم، وابن وهب، وابن عيينة، وأشهب، ويوسف بن عمرو الفارسي، وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو داود، والنسائي، وابنه أحمد بن الحارث، وعبد الله بن أحمد، ويعقوب بن شيبة، وأبو يعلى، وابن أبي داود، ومحمد بن زبان، وعدة. قال عبد الرحمن بن يحيى بن خاقان: سألت أحمد بن حنبل عن الحارث بن مسكين قاضي مصر فقال فيه قولا جميلا، وقال: ما بلغني عنه إلا خير. وقال إبراهيم بن الجنيد، عن ابن معين: لا بأس به. وقال الحسين بن حبان: قال أبو زكريا - يعني ابن معين -: الحارث بن مسكين خير من أصبغ وأفضل. وقال النسائي: ثقة مأمون. وقال الخطيب: كان فقيها على مذهب مالك، وكان ثقة في الحديث ثبتا حمله المأمون إلى بغداد في أيام المحنة، وسجنه لأنه لم يجب إلى القول بخلق القرآن، فلم يزل محبوسا إلى أن ولي جعفر المتوكل فأطلقه وحدث ببغداد، ورجع إلى مصر، وكتب المتوكل بعهده على قضاء مصر، فلم يزل يتولاه من سنة (٢٣٧) إلى أن صرف عنه في سنة (٢٤٥). وقال ابن يونس: كان فقيها، أخذ الفقه عن ابن وهب وابن القاسم، ولد سنة (١٥٤)، وتوفي في شهر ربيع الأول سنة (٢٥٠). قلت: وقال الحاكم: ثقة مأمون. وقال أبو عمر الكندي: إنه استعفى من القضاء فأعفي، وتولى بكار بن قتيبة، والمسألة التي سأل الحارث عنها الليث هي في العصير وليس له عن الليث غيرها. وقال مسلمة الأندلسي: ثقة، أخبرنا عنه غير واحد. وذكر ابن الطحان المصري في الرواة عن مالك أن الحارث بن مسكين قال: حججت فرأيت رجلا في عمارية، فسألت عنه، فقيل لي: هذا مالك بن أنس فرأيته، ولم أسمع منه. • د سي -
