I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Whoever sees me in a dream will see me in his wakefulness, and Satan cannot imitate me in shape." Abu `Abdullah said, "Ibn Seereen said, 'Only if he sees the Prophet (ﷺ) in his (real) shape.'"

I heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) the hadith like one transmitted by Malik, but he made no mention of the words of Shihab.

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying a hadith like that of Yunus.

I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: He who saw me in a dream would soon see me in the state of wakefulness, or as if he saw me in a state of wakefulness, for the satan does not appear in my form.

I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say : He who sees me in a dream will see me when awake or as if he will see me when awake, for the devil does not take my likeness.

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who sees me in his dream will see me in his wakefulness (or he (ﷺ) may have said it is as though he has seen me in a state of wakefulness), for Satan does not appear in my form." <b>[Al-Bukhari and Muslim ]

“Allah’s Messenger said (ﷺ): ‘If someone sees me in his sleep, he has indeed seen me, for Satan cannot appear in disguise as me’(or: ‘cannot imitate me’).”

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever sees me in a dream has truly seen me, for the Shaitan cannot appear in my form."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever sees me in a dream it is as if he has seen me when awake, for the Shaitan cannot appear in my form."

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever sees me in a dream has indeed seen me, for verily the Shaitan cannot appear in my form."
