In one of the holy Battles a finger of Allah's Messenger (got wounded and) bled. He said, "You are just a finger that bled, and what you got is in Allah's Cause."

While the Prophet (ﷺ) was walking, a stone hit his foot and stumbled and his toe was injured. He then (quoting a poetic verse) said, "You are not more than a toe which has been bathed in blood in Allah's Cause."

A finger of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) was wounded in one of the encounters He said: You are just a little finger which has bled, and what you have experienced is in the cause of Allah.
