الْحُمَّى فَوْرٌ مِنَ النَّارِ فَأَبْرِدُوهَا بِالْمَاءِ
. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَابْنِ عُمَرَ وَامْرَأَةِ الزُّبَيْرِ وَعَائِشَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ .
English translation
"Rafi' bin Khadij narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
"Fever is from the agitation of the Fire, so cool it with water."
