إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَمَّا خَلَقَ الْخَلْقَ كَتَبَ بِيَدِهِ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ إِنَّ رَحْمَتِي تَغْلِبُ غَضَبِي
.
English translation
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“When Allah created the universe, He decreed for Himself: ‘My mercy prevails over My wrath.’”
