Sauda asked the permission of the Prophet (ﷺ) to leave earlier at the night of Jam', and she was a fat and very slow woman. The Prophet (ﷺ) gave her permission.

"The Prophet (ﷺ) allowed Sawdah to leave Jam (Al-Muzdalifah) before dawn because she was a heavyset woman.

"I wished that I had asked the Messenger of Allah for permission as Sawdha did, so that I could pray Fajir in Mina before the people came. Sawdah was heavyset woman, so she asked the Messenger of Allah for permission, and he gave her permis

It was narrated from ‘Aishah that Sawdah bint Zam’ah was a slow- moving woman, so she asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) for permission to depart from Jam’ ahead of the people, and he gave her permission.

'A'isha said, "Sawda, who was a heavy, sluggish woman, asked for permission to come in (to see the Prophet) on the night of Jam' (Muzdalifa) and he gave her permission."
