حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا مَسْعُودٍ، عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَمْرٍو قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ ‏.‏

English translation

Abu Mas'us 'Uqbah bin 'Amr said:

"The Messenger of Allah forbade the price of a dog, the gift of a female fornicator, and the fee of a fortuneteller."

‏ وَثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ ‏

English translation

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said:

"The Messenger of Allah said - among the things that be forbade - 'And the price of a dog."

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْمُفَضَّلُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي أَشْيَاءَ حَرَّمَهَا ‏
