‏ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ سَيِّدِهِ كَانَ عَاهِرًا ‏

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar:

that the Messenger of Allah said : "If a slave gets married without his master's permission, he is a fornicator."

‏ أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ تَزَوَّجَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِ مَوَالِيهِ فَهُوَ زَانٍ ‏

English translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar:

that the Messenger of Allah said : "Any slave who gets married without his master's permission, is a fornicator."
