عبد الله بن حنين الهاشمي، مولى العباس، ويقال: مولى علي. روى عن: علي، وابن عباس، وأبي أيوب، وابن عمر، والمسور بن مخرمة. وعنه: ابنه إبراهيم، ومحمد بن المنكدر، ومحمد بن إبراهيم التيمي، وأسامة بن زيد الليثي، ونافع مولى ابن عمر، وأبو بكر بن حفص بن عمر بن سعد بن أبي وقاص، وشريك بن عبد الله بن أبي نمر، وغيرهم. ذكره ابن حبان في «الثقات». وقال أسامة بن زيد الليثي: دخلت عليه ليالي استخلف يزيد بن عبد الملك، وكان موته قريبا من ذلك. قلت: وكذا قال ابن حبان: مات في ولاية يزيد بن عبد الملك. وقال العجلي: مدني، تابعي، ثقة. • د -
