Riyad as-Salihin, 1678
Ibn 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Those who draw pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection; and it will be said to them: 'Breathe soul into what you have created."' <b>[Al-Bukhari and Muslim]</b>.
عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال:
إن الذين يصنعون هذه الصور يعذبون يوم القيامة، يقال لهم: أحيوا ما خلقتم
((متفق عليه)).

<b>Guidance from the Hadith:</b><br>
1) It is prohibited to draw or sculpt images of living beings, given the stern warning in this regard.<br>
2) Intimidation of the makers of images through the punishment of Allah, Who will command them to give life to their images, by way of showing their inability.
