sahih· DarussalamIt was narrated from Abu Barzah Al-Aslami that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted."
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا
