Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade Najsh.

The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade taking a price for animal copulation.

Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade the outbidding (against another).

Another chain on the authority of Ibn 'Umar narrated the same as the above hadith.

Malik said, from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, (ﷺ), forbade najsh. Malik said, "Najsh is to offer a man more than the worth of his goods when you do not mean to buy them and someone else follows you in bidding."

The aforesaid tradition has also been transmitted by Ibn ‘Umar from the Prophet (ﷺ) to the same effect.

‘Abd Allaah bin ‘Umar said “The Messenger of Allaah(ﷺ) prohibited to travel with a copy of the Qur’an to the enemy territory. The narrator Malik said “(It is) I think lest the enemy should take it.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the transaction called habal al-habalah.

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had thief’s hand cut off for a shield worth three dirhams.
