I used to perfume Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) with the best scent available till I saw the shine of the scent on his head and shine beard.

I applied the best perfume, which I could get, to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) before entering upon the state of Ihram (and after this) he put on the Ihram.

'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) intended to enter upon the state of Ihram he perfumed himself with the best of perfumes which he could find and after that I saw the glistening of oil on his

"I saw the glistening of the perfume on the head of the Messenger of Allah while he was initiating Ihram.

"When the Prophet (ﷺ) and (in his narration) Hannad said: "The Messenger of Allah "wanted to enter Ihram, he would daub the best perfume that he could find, until I saw it glistening on his head and in his beard. (sahih)

"I used to put perfume on the Messenger of Allah using the best perfume I could find, until I saw the perfume glistening on his head and in his beard, before he entered Ihram
