The Prophet (ﷺ) used to embrace me during my menses. He also used to put his head out of the mosque while he was in I`tikaf, and I would wash it during my menses.

"The Prophet (ﷺ) would put his head out while he was in I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."

"The Prophet (ﷺ) would put his head out while he was performing I'tikaf and I would wash it, while I was menstruating."

"The Prophet (ﷺ) used to bring his head close to me when I was menstruaring and he was in I'tikaf (seclusion in a mosques for the purpose of worship), and I would wash it and comb his hair."

When I was menstruating, the Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ would order me to wrap myself up (with an Izar, which is a dress worn below the waist) and would start fondling me. Reported by Al-Bukhari and Muslim.
