    ٩١٦١- وكيع بن مالك التميميّ. ذكر سيف أنّ النبي ﵌ استعمله هو ومالك بن نويرة على صدقات بني حنظلة وبني يربوع، وتوفي رسول اللَّه ﵌ وهما كذلك، ثم كان موافقا لسجاح التي ادعت النبوة، فلما فض اللَّه جمعها استقبل خالد بن الوليد بصدقات قومه، واعتذر إليه وأسلم وحسن إسلامه. وكذا ذكره الطبريّ. وذكر سيف أيضا أن النبي ﵌ بعث وكيعا الدارميّ مع صلصل ابن شرحبيل إلى عمرو بن المحجوب ليتعاونوا على من ارتد، فيجوز أن يكون غيره. وقد تقدم ذكره في ترجمة صلصل.
