    الحبيب بن أحمد المهاجي وحوالي الساعة الثالثة من مساء يوم الأربعاء سابع وعشري ربيع الأول توفي الحبيب بن أحمد بن محمد بن الخضر المهاجي الحسني التلمساني بأحد مستشفيات عاصمة الرباط ونقل إلى مدينة فاس ووصل إليها ليلا ودفن من غده الخميس بعد الزوال بفدّان الغرباء قرب الشيخ علي ابن حرزهم خارج باب الفتوح. العلامة المشارك المستحضر المطلع المدرس، درّس أكثر من ثلاثين سنة في جل المعاهد بفاس، وأخيرا بمعهد ظهر المهراس في كلية الشريعة بها، ولم يخلّف أثرا يذكر غير بعض الفتاوى، ولكن له طلبة نجباء تخرجوا على يده.
