    محمد بن الطاهر ابن سودة وفي الساعة الرابعة من صباح يوم الجمعة ثاني رجب الفرد توفي محمد بن الطاهر ابن محمد بن عبد الواحد بن أحمد ابن الشيخ التاودي ابن سودة، خطيب جامع الأندلس أكثر من أربعين سنة تقدمت وفاة والده عام خسمة وثلاثين وثلاثمائة وألف، العلامة المشارك الخطيب الفصيح الواعظ. تولى شؤون جامع الأندلس بعد وفاة أبيه، وبقى خطيبا به إلى أن توفي. دفن بعد صلاة العصر من يومه بجامع الأندلس، ودفن بروضتهم بالقباب. له ترجمة في سل النصال مع صورته.
