    محمد بن إدريس الصقلّي وفي يوم السبت سادس وعشري شوال عنه توفي محمد-ضمّا-بن إدريس الصقلي الحسيني، من الشرفاء الصقليين المعروفين بفاس، العالم المشارك الموقت المنجم، تولى أولا التوقيت بمدينة تازا، ثم نقل إلى مراكش، وأخيرا تولى التوقيت بمنار الجامع الكبير بفاس العليا، وبقي على ذلك إلى أن توفي في التاريخ المذكور. أخذ هذا العلم عن شيخنا محمد-فتحا-العلمي وعليه تخرج. كان يميل إلى الزاهد والورع والخيارة والدين. دفن خارج باب المحروق من فاس.
