    عبد الحق ابن وطّاف وفي أواسط صفر المذكور توفي عبد الحق بن الحاج صالح بن وطّاف الجزائري القسمطيني، الأستاذ المطلع الجامع بين اللغتين، من أول ممن دخل المغرب من بلاده في فجر الحماية واستوطن فاسا وصار مديرا لإحدى المدارس بفاس وهي المدرسة التي أسست بدرب الهكّار قرب عقبة الفيران. وبعد ذلك انتقل إلى عدة وظائف مخزنية، واكتسب بعد خروجه من الوظيف أموالا بسبب التجارة التي تعاطى لها. وله تأليف في التجارة مطبوع. توفي بالرباط ونقل إلى الدار البيضاء ودفن بها كما بلغني.
