    التهامي بن الحسن البلغمي وفي الساعة السابعة صباحا من يوم الاثنين خامس عشر شعبان توفي التهامي بن الحسن البلغمي الفيلالي، العلامة المشارك المدرس الفقيه المطلع، يستحضر نصوص الفقه المالكي. تولى القضاء بعدة ثغور من المغرب وأخيرا بمدينة تازا، بقي في قضائها مدة وتوفي بفاس الجديد.
