عودة جريدة الرأي العام إلى الصدور وفيه عادت إلى الصدور جريدة الرأي العام لسان حزب الشورى والاستقلال، ولقد كانت توقفت عن الصدور مدة أكثر من ثلاثة أعوام، فقد أسكت صوتها قهرا الاستعمار الغاشم في سابع دجنبر سنة ١٩٥٢ حيث صدر قرار من القائد الأعلى للجيوش بالمغرب بإيقافها وإغلاق مطبعتها وإدارتها.
