علال بن الفقيه الثّغراوي وفيه توفي علال بن الفقيه الثّغراوي السلاوي، أصله من بني حسن القبيلة العربية الكبرى المستقرة بسهلو الغرب بشمال مدينة سلا. علامة مشارك، فقيه متمكن من فروع المذهب المالكي وأصوله، يستظهر مختصر خليل ويستحضر جميع شروحه. أخذ عنه جمع من العلماء فقهاء العدوتين حتى كاد أن يصير شيخ الجماعة بهما. تولى القضاء بسلا وبها توفي ودفن، وأبنه على قبره رفيقه شيخ المحدثين أبو شعيب الدكالي.
