    محمد بن عبد القادر ابن سودة وفي تاسع وعشري شعبان توفي محمد بن عبد القادر بن الطالب ابن سودة الجدّ مباشرة. كانت ولادته عام أحد وستين ومائتين وألف، وتقدمت وفاة والده عام اثنين وتسعين ومائتين وألف. كان علامة مشاركا مدرسا مطلعا تولى القضاء بالثغر الطنجي مدة، وقضاء فاس الجديد مدة. له حاشية على صحيح البخاري، لأنه كان كثير التدريس له. دفن داخل روضة الشيخ ابن عباد قرب باب الفتوح. له ترجمة واسعة في سل النصال.
