اتفاق فرنسي-إسباني بشأن المغرب وفي فاتح محرم وقّع في باريز على اتفاق بين فرنسا وإسبانيا يتعلق بنظام البوليس المخزني. وبسبب هذا الاتفاق تكلفت إسبانيا بمدينة طنجة وفرنسا بمدينة الدار البيضاء. وقد ارتفع ما عهد به إلى فرنسا في هذه المدينة بمجرد تأسيس الحماية بالمغرب عام اثني عشر وتسعمائة وألف ميلادية.
