اتفاق فرنسي-أنجليزي يهم المغرب ومصر في ثاني وعشري محرم انعقد مؤتمر بلندرة عاصمة الدولة الانجليزية بين فرنسا والأنجليز، يتعلق ببلاد مصر والقطر المغربي ويحتوي علي مواد سرية. اعترفت فيه فرنسا للدولة الانجليزية بعدم التدخل في بلاد مصر، كما أن الدولة الانجليزية التزمت هي بدورها للدولة الفرنسية بعدم التدخل في الإيالة المغربية.
