    سفارة مغربية إلى إسبانيا وفي تاسع وعشري رجب أرسل السلطان المولى عبد العزيز سفارة إلى بلاد إسبانيا مركبة من الرئيس الحاج عبد الكريم بريشة التطواني وعبد الكريم بن محمد ابن سليمان وغيرهما من الكتاب، فكانت النتيجة حسنة بسبب أنه لما حل الوفد المذكور بعاصمة مدريد وأراد الرئيس بريشة الذهاب إلى قاعدة ملكهم إذ ذاك لطمه أحد السوقة لطمة على وجهه كاد أن يذهب بها بصره، فكان ذلك سببا في مساعدة الدولة الإسبانية للمغرب على جميع مطالبه حيث أهين رئيس سفارته عندها.
