تولّي عبد الهادي بن أحمد الصقلي قضاء مقصورة السماط وفي يوم الأحد عاشر ربيع الثاني جلس للقضاء عبد الهادي بن أحمد الصقلي بمقصورة السماط، الشريف الحسيني الآتي الوفاة عام أحد عشر وثلاثمائة وألف، ورجع الشيخ حميد بن محمد بناني إلى مقصورة الرصيف التي كان بها أولا، وبقى الصقلي إلى أن ذهب إلى الحج كما ياتي.
