    محمد بن أحمد عاشور وفي اليوم الثامن عشر من ربيع الثاني توفي بمراكش محمد-فتحا-بن أحمد بن العربي الرشا عاشور الأندلسي الرباطي. كان علامة مشاركا مفتيا تولى القضاء بالرباط ثم بمراكش، له تأليف في البدع التي تقع بمدينة مراكش أيام عاشوراء ألفه للسلطان المولى سليمان. كان قاصيا بالرباط عام ثمانية وعشرين ومائتين وألف كما وقفت على ذلك. تقدمت وفاة والده عام ثلاثين ومائتين وألف.
