    عبد المالك ابن بيهى الحاحي وفي هذه العشرة أو قريب منها توفي عبد المالك بن بيهي الحاحي عامل قيادة سوس ومدينة الصويرة، بقى على ذلك مدة إلى أن وقع إعفاؤه عام أحد عشر ومائتين وألف. كان أستاذا في علم القراءات مع الدين المتين والعمل الصالح، بقى على حاله إلى أن توفي عن نحو مائة سنة في بوترارت من بلاد حاحة وأقبر بضريح سيدي أحمد بن حامد، ثم نقل إلى داخل قبة سيدي مكدول بمدينة الصويرة أفاد ذلك في كتاب إيقاظ السريرة (ص.٥٢).
