    العباس بن أحمد ابن سودة وفي ليلة الجمعة سادس وعشري جمادى الأولى توفي العباس بن أحمد بن الشيخ التاودي ابن سودة. تقدمت وفاة والده عام خمسة وثلاثين ومائتين وألف، وجده عام تسعة ومائتين وألف. علامة مشارك، ناب عن والده مدة في قضاء الجماعة بفاس، وبعد وفاته استقل بها، ثم عزل عنها، وبعد عزله عن القضاء تولى الفتوى بفاس فكانت تقع بينه وبين القاضي محمد ابن إبراهيم مراجعات على ما هو معتاد بين المفتي والقاضي. ودفن بزاوية جده.
