(٧٨١) ل- محمد بن معاد [بن عبد الحميد القرشي مولاهم] الدمشقي [أبو عبد الله]:عن سعيد بن بشير. وعنه يزيد بن عبد الصمد. قال أبو حاتم [الرازي]: "لا أعرفه".ا. هـ. قلت: روى عن أبيه، وسعيد بن عبد العزيز، وسهل بن هاشم. روى عنه أبو زرعة الدمشقي، والعباس بن الوليد الدمشقي. ذكره أبو زرعة الدمشقي في "أهل الفتوى بدمشق"، وذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات"، وقال أبو زرعة الدمشقي: "مات في النصف من شعبان سنة ٢١٥ هـ" (١).
