(٦٦٤) ل- قيس بن كركم الأحدب المخزومي الكوفي: قال الخطيب في "الكفاية": "تفرَّد عنه أبو إسحاق السبيعي"، وقال الأزدي: "ليس بذاك".ا. هـ. قلت: روى عن ابن عباس ﵄. وذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات". فائدة: قال ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات": "هو: قيس بن شفي، كَان يحيى القطان يكره أن يُقال ابن كركم"، وقال أبو حفص الفلاس: "سمعت يحيى يقول: قيس، لا يقول: ابن كركم". قلت: فَرَّقَ البخاري بين "قيس بن شفي" و"قيس بن كركم"، وتبعه ابن أبي حاتم، لكن ابن حِبَّان جعلهما واحداً، وهو الذي يميل إليه القلب، والله أعلم (١).
