    (٥٤٧) هـ - عقبة بن خالد الشنّي البصري: عن [أبي عمرو] بشر بن حرب [الندبي]. وعنه مسلم بن إبراهيم. ذكره الخطيب. ا. هـ.قلت: روى عن الحسن البصري، وابن سيرين، وأمّ شبيب امرأة روت عن أم سلمة ﵂. ذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات"، وقال الحاكم في "المستدرك": "من ثقات البصريين وعُبَّادِهم، وهو عزيز الحديث"، وقال الحاكم أيضًا في "معرفة علوم الحديث": "ثقة، من البصريين" (١).
