    (١٢٢) هـ- بشر بن الوضاح البصري أبو الهيثم: روى عن أبي عقيل الدورقي، والحسن بن أبي جعفر، وعباد بن منصورالناجي، وغيرهم. وعنه البخاري في "التاريخ"، وبندار، وابن وارة، وعبد العزيز بن معاوية القرشي وقال: "كان من خيار الناس"، وذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات"، وقال ابن أبي عاصم: "مات سنة ٢٢١ هـ".ا. هـ. قلت: قال الآجري: "سألت أبا داود عن بشر بن وضّاح؟ فقال: كان ثقة، ذهبت إليه أسأله عن حديث الخاتم فلم يقدر لي أنْ أسْمَعَهُ" (١).
