(٩٣) ل -إسماعيل بن محمد بن إسماعيل بن أبي الفوارس [القرطبي، أبو القاسم قاضي إشبيلية]: قال أبو جعفر بن صابر المالقي في "تاريخه": "مُتكَلَّمٌ فيه، مات سنة ٣٥٧ هـ".ا. هـ. قلت: سمع من أسلم بن عبد العزيز، وقاسم بن أصبغ، وابن الأعرابي،وجماعة. كَتَبَ عنه الناس. قال ابن الفرضي: "سمعت أبا محمد الباجي يُثْنِي عليه، وكان محمد بن أحمد بن يحيى يُسِيءُ القولَ فيه جدًّا" (١).
