(٤٠) أحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن الفضل الكزبراني الحراني أبو بكر: روى عن أبي علي الحنفي، والمغيرة بن سقلاب، وعمرو بن عاصم، وغيرهم. وعنه محمد بن الليث الجوهري، ويحيى بن صاعد، وغيرهم. قال ابن أبي حاتم: "أدركته، ولم أسمع منه"، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال الخطيب البغدادي: "ما علمت من حاله إلاَّ خيرًا"، مات سنة (٢٦٤ هـ) (٣).
