(١٤) إبراهيم بن عبد الحميد بن ذي حماية الرحبي أبو إسحاق قاضي حمص: روى عن حميد الطويل، وشعبة، وغيلان بن جامع، وغيرهم. وعنه الوليد بن مسلم، ومعاوية بن يحيى الأطرابلسي، وغيرهما. قال أبو زرعة الرازي: "يشبه أن يكون حمصيًّا، ما به بأس"، وقال الطبراني في "المعجم الصغير": "من ثقات المسلمين"، وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقالى ابن حبان في "مشاهير علماء الأمصار": "من فقهاء أهل الشام وصالحيهم، وكان على قضاء حمص ثمَّ تحوَّل في آخر عمره إلى الطرطوس، ومات بها مرابطًا" (٢).
