يطوفت بن بلكين بن زيري بن مناد الصنهاجي: أمير، من الولاة. ولاه العزيز بالله الفاطمي نزار بن معد (٣٤٤ - ٣٨٦هـ) على أشير سنة ٣٧٣هـ حين ولي المنصور بن بلكين على افريقية والمغرب. وخرج يطوفت لمحاربة زناتة فهزم ورجع إلى أشير. ولما مات المنصور وولي بعده ابنه باديس (٣٨٦ م) ولاه هذا على تيهرت وجميع أرض الجزائر الغربية. وفي سنة ٣٨٩هـ هاجمه زيري ابن عطية زعيم زناتة، ففر يطوفت الى أشير، ثم انقطعت أخباره.
