محمد (فتحا) بن علي، أبو عبد الله الونيسي: فاضل، ناظم، مشارك في الأصول والفقه والكلام والمنطق والتصريف، من أهل قسنطينة، وبها نشأ وتعلم. مات وعمره سبع وعشرون سنة. له "حاشية" على صغرى الإمام السنوسي، و"حاشية" على ايساغوجي، و"أرجوزة في التوحيد" وشرحين لها، و"حاشية" على مختصر السعد، و"نظم في التصريف" و "كتاب" في أحكام الخنثى، و"شرح " على البسملة.
