عمر بن محمد الكماد الانصاري، القسنطيني، أبو بكر ويقال أبو حفص، المعروف بالوزان: عالم بالفقه، صوفي، له مشاركة في العلوم العقلية والنقلية. من أهل قسنطينة، أخذ عنه أبو الطيب البسكري وعبد الكريم الفكون. له " البضاعة المزجاة" و"الرد على الشبوبية" ختمه بالتصوف، و "حاشية" على شرح الصغرى للسنوسي، و "فتاوى" في الفقه والكلام. (٢) الوغليسي (القرن السابع الهجري / القرن الرابع عشر الميلادي)
