المنصمور بن بلكين (المسمى يوسف) (ابن زيري بن مناد الصنهاجي، أبو الفتح)ابن زيري بن مناد الصنهاجي، أبو الفتح: صاحب افريقية. كان واليا بأشير حين قتل أبوه سنة ٣٧٣هـ، فولي الملك بعده، وجاءه من مصر تقليد العزيز بالله الفاطمي (نزار بن معد) على افريقية والمغرب. جرت بينه وبين أعمامه حروب عظيمة قابلها بصبر وجلد حتى انهزموا ولحق بعضهم بالأندلس. كان كريما سمحا جوادا فارسا مقداما. أسقط البقايا عن أهل افريقية، وكانت أموالا كثيرة. وكانت إقامته تارة بالمنصورية وتارة بأشير. توفي بالمنصورية ودفن بظاهرها.
