علي بن مكي، أبو الحسن الملياني: فقيه، أصولي، مشارك في بعض العلوم، ولد ونشأ بمليانة، وأخذ عن شيوخها، ثم انتقل الى بجاية فأخذ عن جماعة من علمائها منهم عبد الرحمن بن أحمد الوغليسي المتوفي سنة ٧٨٦هـ (١٣٨٤م). ذكره المازوني في كتابه "الدرر المكنونة". (١) الملياني (حدود القرن ١١هـ / السابع ميلادي)
