محمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن أحمد بن محمد بن أبي بكر بن مرزوق، العجيسي التلمساني، المعروف بالكفيف: من أعيان فقهاء المالكية. من أهل تلمسان، وهو ولد إبن مرزوق الحفيد (السابقة ترجمته). أخذ عن أبي الفضل بن الإمام وقاسم العقباني وعبد الرحمن الثعالبي وغيرهم. وأجازه من مصر شيخ الإسلام الحافظ إبن حجر العسقلاني. قال السخاوي: "قدم مكة فأخذ عنه في الفقه وأصوله والعربية والمنطق في سنة ٨٦١ هـ" وعاد الى تلمسان فأخذ عنه جماعة، ووصفه الونشريسي في وفياته بالفقيهالحافظ المصقع.
