يحيى بن موسى بن عيسى بن يحيى، أبو زكريا، المغيلي المازوني: فقيه، قاض، من أعيان المالكية: نشأ في مازونة (قرية في جبال الظهرة بين وادي شلف والبحر المتوسط) ولي قضاءها ومات بتلمسان. له "الدرر المكنونة في نوازل مازونة " كتاب حافل بفتاوى المتأخريين من علماء الجزائر وتونس، المغرب الاقصى. منه نسخة مخطوطة بالمكتبة الوطنية بالجزائر العاصمة تحت رقم ١٣٣٥.
