أبو القاسم بن محمد بن محمد بن أحمد القسنطيني الوشتاتن: قاض، من فقهاء المالكية، نشأ بتونس، وأخذ عن أبي مهدي عيسى الغبريني وغيره. وولي قضاء الجماعة وإمامة جامع الزيتونة وخطابته والفتيا به. مات مقتولا وهو بمحراب جامع الزيتونة عند سلامه من صلاة الصبح، وهو جالس على سجادته عند باب البهور. قال السخاوي: وكأن لا يخاف في الله لومة لائم.
