إبراهيم بن وحاد الكومي القسنطيني، أبو إسحاق: شاعر كبير، أديب، من أهل قسنطينة. عاش في النصف الاول من القرن الثامن الهجري. قال ابن قنفذ: "كان من فحول الشعراء، وله في الأمراء الراشدين أمداح مدونة" وهو والد أبي زكريا، أول من كتب العلامة للسلطان أبي العباس أحمد بن محمد الحفصي (سنة ٧٧٢هـ) أحد كبار ملوك الحفصيين بتونس.
