حسن بن علي بن عمر القسنطيني، أبو علي، الشهير بابن الفكون: شاعر المغرب الاوسط في وقته. من أهل قسنطينة. رحل الى مراكش ومدح خليفة بني عبدالمؤمن. قال الغبريني: وهو من الأدباء الذين تستظرف أخبارهم وتروق أشعارهم، غزير النظم والنثر، أصله من قسنطينة من ذوي بيوتاتها ومن كريم اروماتها. وقال ابن قنفذ: وامتدح الناصر يوم وصوله الى قسنطينة سنة ٦٠٢هـ بقصيدة عظيمة، وله في ولاة بني عبد المؤمن ببجاية مدائح. له " ديوان شعر " و "رحلة" نظمها في سفرته من قسنطينة الى مراكش ضمنها ذكر المدن التي مر بها.
