عبد الحق يوسف بن حمامة الغبريني، أبو محمد: قاض، نحوي، لغوي، فقيه مالكي، من أهل بجاية، وله القضاء ببعض أكوارها. قال صاحب " عنوان الدراية": " كان له حظ وافر من الفقه، مليح المذاكرة، حسن المحاضرة، ممن يعد في أعداد الفضلاء الأخيار، ويعول عليه في العلم واليه يشار، رأيت من كتابته ما دل على بلاغته وبراعته وطلاقة قلمه وفصاحته، وكان معروفا بالعفاف والاقتصاد والاقتصار على الكفاف ".
