أحمد بن أحمد بن أحمد، أبو القاسم، الغبريني: مقرىء، من أهل بجاية. قال ابن الجزري: "شيخ تونس ومسندها في وقتنا، قرأ على محمد بن غريون وسمع منصور بن أحمد بن عبد الحق المشذالي، وأجازه من مصر عبد المؤمن بن خلف الدمياطي ومحمد بن علي بن دقيق العيد وغيرهما، وهذا لعمري شيخ يعز وجود مثله في وقتنا". وقال تلميذه أبو الطيب بن علوان: "هو شيخنا الإمام العلامة المشاور، الثبت، الراوية، المدرس، المفتي، الخطيب، ذو الخطط الشرعية والعلوم النقلية ". كان حيا سنة ٧٧٢هـ. وهو ولد السابق.
